Important Notes:

  • Registration fees include tea / coffee breaks, lunches, meeting materials, certificate of attendance and entry to Trade Exhibition (only for full congress delegates). 

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All payments will be charged in RM. 
  • Please note that all related bank charges and/or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the conference. 
  • Official receipt will be provided only upon request.

 

Confirmation

  • Registration will be confirmed via e-mail upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge on the congress day (actual time and date will be informed in due course by email).

 

Online Payment Security and Data Privacy

Online payment accepts Master Card and Visa.
All online transactions are processed by iPay88, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the MOSC 2025. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.
 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to [email protected]
For written requests received on or before 14 February 2025, your registration fees will be fully refunded, after deducting any relevant bank transfer charges. The refund will be processed after the Congress only. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after 14 February 2025, or non-attendance at the Congress.
